We are quite sure that this super phone would be sporting with SUPER AMOLED display officially by Samsung found on various devices like Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy S II HD LTE but we are sure of the screen display screen and DDaily site reports that it will be with 4.65 inches display. But Galaxy Nexus is purely a Google phone and I am sure Samsung would be looking out something in the range of 4.5 to 4.8 inches. Considering the huge success of Galaxy Note all over the world, Samsung would be eyeing to make the screen bit larger but it remained still a rumours that what would be Galaxy S III screen size. The obvious answer, wait till the official Samsung announcement.
On the other side, the complete phone make up and feature would be interesting to see. In time when HTC One X has arrived with quad core processor and Sony Xperia S is a nice phone which beats Galaxy S II easily in our comparison, I am sure Samsung would be eyeing to come out with impressive smartphone what may be called as Superphone.
